After his initial training at the post office, he completed a commercial apprenticeship with a commercial diploma, then turned more to the health and insurance sector from 1995, obtained a bachelor's degree in psychophysiognomics specialising in personality and aptitude diagnostics, aptitude and career counselling, completed his Master's degree in Health Promotion with a thesis on the rehabilitation of mentally ill people and finally obtained a doctorate in Business Administration.
He has worked in the insurance sector for more than 25 years, supporting sick people and accident victims in various functions and for various employers. He initially worked for several years in the complex claims area, later in various roles as a claims expert and in recent years as a case manager.
Roberto Bertozzi has many years of experience and a balanced perspective that encompasses both the perspective of the client's health problems and health promotion as well as that of the insurance company. He also has specific experience with clients with mental illnesses.
