Since graduating with a degree in psychology from the University of Zurich in (2021) with a focus on applied social and health psychology, Lisa Fässler has been working as a consultant and project manager in the field of occupational healthcare management.
Her work focuses on advising companies on occupational health management, absence management and training employees and managers in the areas of stress management, resilient leadership and protection of personal integrity.
